Terms of Service

The rules for using TimelessMatch, including account eligibility, acceptable conduct and account termination.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on TimelessMatch. By registering you confirm that the information you provide, including your age, is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account. Impersonating another person or creating accounts for someone else is not allowed.

3. Acceptable conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination of any kind.
• No sexually explicit media, nudity or content involving minors. Such accounts are removed permanently and reported where required by law.
• No spam, advertising, external selling links, or requests for money, gift cards or cryptocurrency.
• No scraping, automated posting, or attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting, you grant TimelessMatch a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of running the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, without notice where the breach is serious. You may stop using the service at any time.

6. No guarantees

TimelessMatch is provided "as is". We do not run background checks and we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions or behaviour of any member. Use your own judgement.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
